Clarence Centre

The Clarence Centre for Enterprise and Innovation is London South Bank University's flagship incubation and co-working hub, housed in 17 Grade II listed Georgian terraces on the Southwark campus. It provides flexible office space, event facilities, and enterprise support to over 60 SMEs, student entrepreneurs, and non-profit organisations, and hosts LSBU's Research, Enterprise and Innovation team. The centre opened in September 2013 and won the RICS Regeneration Award for its restoration of the historic buildings.
