The House Crowd

The House Crowd was a British peer-to-peer lending and property crowdfunding platform that allowed retail investors to invest in property development loans and secured lending from £1,000. Founded in December 2011 and based in Manchester (with operations in Altrincham), the platform raised over £93 million for investors before entering administration in February 2021 and moving to creditors' voluntary liquidation in February 2024.
