UK Private Capital (formerly the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, BVCA) is the industry body and public policy advocate for the private equity, venture capital, and private credit ecosystem in the UK. Founded in 1983 and rebranded in January 2026, it represents over 600 member firms, supporting them through research, events, training, and government engagement.
