Idinvest Partners was a leading pan-European private equity and venture capital firm founded in 1997 as AGF Private Equity, specialising in financing small and medium-sized European companies at various growth stages including venture, growth capital, and private debt. The firm managed over €9 billion in assets across more than 4,000 European businesses, with a particular focus on IT, fintech, artificial intelligence, and biotech. In 2018 Eurazeo acquired a majority stake, and the firm was subsequently rebranded as Eurazeo Investment Manager in 2021; its funds are now managed under the Eurazeo platform.
