We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into measurable results that power Nscale’s account-based and developer-focused demand efforts. You’ll own execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, X and other paid channels, including developer-centric platforms, building campaigns that drive qualified engagement, pipeline and account expansion. This role combines performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of technical audiences, ensuring high-value campaigns are data-driven, optimised and scalable. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product Marketing and Sales to connect creative, targeting and analytics into one seamless revenue engine.
You will plan, launch and optimise campaigns for multiple ICPs across paid channels, aligned with ABM and developer-focused channels; build campaign structures for broad and highly targeted account or developer audience segments; manage budgets, pacing and performance metrics; and report campaign performance with actionable recommendations. You’ll partner with the ABM team to translate account lists into paid targeting strategies and retargeting sequences, deploy hyper-targeted campaigns using account and intent data, support nurture programmes and event initiatives with paid amplification, and collaborate with Product and Content teams to test creative and messaging.
You’ll maintain campaign tracking using GA4, server-side GTM and HubSpot; implement UTM governance, conversion events and audience-tracking frameworks; and work with Marketing Ops to build dashboards showing performance by account, segment and funnel stage. You’ll also develop an experimentation roadmap for creative, targeting and channel testing, championing a test-and-learn culture that turns data into action and scales successful models.
The role requires 5–7 years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, cloud infrastructure or emerging technology, specifically targeting enterprise and developer audiences. You should have proven success driving measurable pipeline through multi-channel campaigns; advanced skills in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and HubSpot; a strong grasp of targeting, attribution and marketing automation; an analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation and data accuracy; excellent stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills; and the ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
