Enterprise Pricing Manager (EMEA), full-time, with compensation of GBP 90,000–117,500 yearly. Wise Platform powers leading global platforms delivering payroll, expense management and invoice payments to millions of people and businesses worldwide. As Wise scales across EMEA, the Pricing team is building a world-class function to support its growth. The Enterprise Pricing Manager will own the Wise Platform pricing framework for the region, working at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Product and Operations to ensure sustainable pricing while enabling rapid growth. This is a high-impact role shaping pricing strategy for one of Wise's fastest-growing business areas, working directly with senior leadership across EMEA and building the commercial frameworks that power partnerships.
The role involves taking ownership of the Wise Platform pricing framework for EMEA and evolving it as new partners are onboarded, products are launched and the business expands across multiple countries; leading the EMEA reprice process based on pricing model outputs; and creating pricing controls to ensure contracts align with the governance framework. The role will build strong partnerships with the GM of EMEA and sales and delivery teams, support commercial discussions with Sales to ensure pricing remains within the framework, and own commercial modelling and negotiations for new and existing key accounts to ensure sustainable pricing. It will also work closely with pricing analytics and commercial teams to ensure accurate unit economics allocation in pricing models for EMEA, and partner with cross-functional teams to align pricing decisions.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Finance, with a track record of working alongside Sales teams on complex deal modelling and commercial discussions. They will have experience building commercial models and self-service tools that help teams understand the relationship between cost and price, the ability to communicate and influence effectively in fast-paced environments, experience building visualisation dashboards using tools such as Lightdash, and B2B commercial experience. A proactive mindset, the ability to propose solutions rather than simply execute tasks, and the ability to work with minimal direction and structure an approach to problem-solving are required. Experience in a startup, fintech or cross-border payments environment, SQL skills, and prior experience working in or with pricing teams are advantageous.
The role offers the opportunity to shape pricing strategy for a scaling business, collaborate directly with EMEA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, build frameworks and tools from the ground up, and contribute to Wise's mission of creating money without borders. Wise promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where people are respected, empowered to contribute and able to progress in their careers.
