Wise Business has historically grown through self-serve and product-led channels. The company is now building a dedicated velocity sales team to help larger businesses discover, adopt and fully activate Wise for their international payment and banking needs. Wise is looking for an experienced Salesforce & GTM Systems Specialist to join its GTM Systems team. This is a key, high-impact and high-visibility role, collaborating with commercial leadership, revenue operations, analytics, marketing and other cross-functional teams to execute Go-To-Market strategies. The role is based in the London office and works closely with global Wise Business Sales teams.
The successful candidate will design and build the systems that power the Wise Business go-to-market engine. They will use their Salesforce expertise alongside tools across marketing, enrichment and engagement to build and optimise processes for commercial teams. They will partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement and Marketing to translate business needs into scalable systems and workflows that accelerate and streamline a fast-growing area of the business. They will lead tooling for the newly established Wise Business Sales teams and should be excited about a 0–1 build phase. The role requires someone self-driven, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong background in Salesforce and systems beyond administration, preferably in the fintech space.
The role will own the Wise Business area within the GTM Systems team, contributing to the scaling, growth and success of the function through tooling and processes. Responsibilities include designing, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions, including complex flows, custom objects and third-party integrations; designing and iterating a world-class sales process from the ground up to streamline lead intake, scoring, routing and qualification; and working cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Analytics to identify pain points, prioritise initiatives and deliver the greatest impact.
The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through build, deployment and rollout. They will proactively identify opportunities to improve processes using Salesforce features and solutions, existing GTM Systems or new vendor partnerships, and contribute to team planning, strategy and processes.
Candidates should have at least five years’ experience working across GTM Systems in a high-growth, high-velocity deal environment and at least eight years’ Salesforce experience, with expertise beyond administration. They should have led complex cross-functional builds from scoping through build, and have demonstrable experience in data modelling, building complex flows in Flow Builder, and integrating Salesforce with internal and third-party systems. Certifications are preferable, but hands-on business experience is valued.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a technical mindset, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate the needs of non-technical stakeholders into scalable solutions. Candidates should have experience working in a high-growth startup or scaleup build phase and be comfortable with ambiguity. Experience across the wider GTM stack is required, including Salesforce Sales Cloud; marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud (Pardot) and Braze; revenue intelligence and productivity tools such as Weflow and Gong; lead-enrichment tools such as Cognism, ZoomInfo, Clay and Apollo; lead-signal tools such as 6sense and Demandbase; sales-engagement tools such as Salesloft and Apollo; integration and automation tools such as Workato, Zapier and Mulesoft; deployment tools such as DevOps, Gearset and Copado; administration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, spreadsheets and SF Inspector; and AI tools including Slackbot, Agentforce, Gemini, Credal.ai and ChatGPT/Codex.
